(All Bible passages are from ESV)

We pursue God, pursue others and practice His ways.

You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy and at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. —Psalm 16:11

The heart of God pursues.

…praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and [pray] also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak. —Ephesians 6:18-20

Paul models dependence and courage.

We know we can deny with our culture what we declare with our message.

Courage // We boldly and authentically step out as we pursue others.

Celebration // We share stories of who God is and what He is doing.

Take home truth

We pursue God, pursue others and practice His ways.

At NCBC we pursue and practice in the contexts of small groups. Check out our small group finder at ncbc.church/smallgroups.
