Working On It

Then she said, “

, my daughter, until you know how the matter will turn out; for the man will not rest until he has concluded the matter this day.” —Ruth 3:18
You can trust He is going to do what he promised.
Commit your way to the Lord, also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. —Psalm 37:5

1) Boaz is working on it!

While we are called to wait, the Lord is in .

Now Boaz went up to the gate and

there; and behold, the close relative of whom Boaz had spoken came by. So Boaz said, “Come aside, friend, sit down here.” So he came aside and sat down. 2 And he took ten men of the elders of the city, and said, “Sit down here.” So they sat down. —Ruth 4:1-2
It all with our Redeemer.

  • Ephesians 2:8 – For by grace are you saved, through faith and not of yourselves, it is the of God.
  • Hebrews 7:25 – Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him. He lives forever to intercede with God .
  • Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a

3 Then he said to the close relative, “Naomi, who has come back from the country of Moab, sold the piece of land which belonged to our brother Elimelech. 4 And I thought to inform you, saying, ‘Buy it back in the presence of the inhabitants and the elders of my people. If you will

it, redeem it; but if you will not redeem it, then tell me, that I may know; for there is no one but you to redeem it, and I am next after you.’ ” And he said, “I will redeem it.” —Ruth 4:3-4
In order to fulfill the part of the redeemer you had to be qualified in 4 ways:

    1. Must be a kinsman.
    2. Must be free.
    3. Must be able to pay the price.
    4. He must be willing to pay the price.

5 Then Boaz said, “On the day you buy the field from the hand of Naomi, you must also buy it from Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of the dead, to perpetuate the name of the dead through his inheritance.” 6 And the close relative said, “I cannot redeem it for myself, lest I ruin my own inheritance. You redeem my right of redemption for yourself, for I

    .” —Ruth 4:5-6
Hosea 13:14 I will them from the power of the grave. I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be your plagues, O Grave, I will be your destruction: repentance will be hid from mine eyes! I will be the destroyer of death!

God loves you with an eternal devotion!

Without relationship you’re going to miss out on the blessings that come because of those relationships.

V8 Therefore the close relative said to Boaz, “Buy it for yourself.” So he took off his

  • Gen 13 walk in the land I will give you.
  • Deut 11:24 every place the soul of your foot treads will be yours.

11 And all the people who were at the gate, and the elders, said, “We are witnesses. The LORD

the woman who is coming to your house like Rachel and Leah, the two who built the house of Israel; and may you prosper in Ephrathah and be famous in Bethlehem. 12 May your house be like the house of Perez, whom Tamar bore to Judah, because of the offspring which the LORD will give you from this young woman.” 13 So Boaz took Ruth and she his wife; and when he went in to her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bore a son. —Ruth 4:11-13

2) Ruth is working on it!

The one that was barren and destitute would be made fruitful.
Rom 9:25-26 (TPT) Remember the prophecy God gave in Hosea: “To those who were rejected and not my people, I will say to them: ‘

.’ And to those who were unloved I will say: ‘You are my darling.’ ” 26 And: “In the place where they were told, ‘You are nobody,’ this will be the very place where they will be renamed ‘Children of the living God.’

May your house be like the house of Perez.
- Perez means

.
- BREAKTHROUGH would come through relationship.

14 Then the women said to Naomi, “Blessed be the LORD, who has not left you this day without a close relative; and may his name be famous in Israel! 15 And may he be to you a restorer of life and a

of your old age; for your daughter-in-law, who loves you, who is better to you than seven sons, has borne him.” 16 Then Naomi took the child and laid him on her bosom, and became a nurse to him. 17 Also the neighbor women gave him a name, saying, “There is a son born to Naomi.” And they called his name Obed. He is the father of Jesse, the father of David. —Ruth 4:14-17

3) Naomi is working on it!

What’s being birthed out of intimacy is bringing new life.
