What does the Good Shepherd do?
- He
(Psalm 23:1-3 NIV) The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, 3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.
2. He
(Psalm 23:4-5 NIV) Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
(Psalm 139:8-10 NLT) I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence! 8 If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. 9 If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, 10 even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me.
3. He
(Psalm 23:6 NIV) Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
