THE JOURNEY FROM ME TO YOU

The journey is a process not an event.

Stage 1:

That moment when it first occurs to us that our whole life has revolved around ourselves.

Stage 2:

Our days are like a crowded airport terminal filled with people, obligations, and deadlines. The object of life is to simply get through it. Slow down.

Stage 3:

When we choose to be a servant, we give up the right to be in charge. We do small things in hidden places where there is almost no reward for us.

Stage 4:

There is no time when we are more like the Trinity than when we carry each other’s burdens.

CONCLUSION

“Father, forgive them”

Wherever you are in the shift from Me to You, ask God to help you find your way to the next stage.
