Revelation 7:9-10 (NLT)
After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. And they were shouting with a great roar, “Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb!”
Joshua 5:13-15 (NLT)
When Joshua was near the town of Jericho, he looked up and saw a man standing in front of him with sword in hand. Joshua went up to him and demanded, “Are you friend or foe?” “Neither one,” he replied. “I am the commander of the Lord’s army.” At this, Joshua fell with his face to the ground in reverence. “I am at your command,” Joshua said. “What do you want your servant to do?” The commander of the Lord’s army replied, “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy.” And Joshua did as he was told.

2 Peter 1:2-10 (NLT)
May God give you more and more grace and peace as you grow in your knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. 1) Pastor Josh talked about three ways to read scripture: devotionally, homiletically, and academically. Why is it important to practice all three? What are the benefits? What could be some consequences of not giving proper attention to all three?
2) It’s true that ministry begins at home. Why is it so important to prioritize your spiritual walk and ministry in the home? What are some practical things you can do to ensure that you and your family have a good foundation?
