We believe that the church should operate as the hands and feet of Jesus, giving and providing compassion to those in need. We are committed to spreading God’s love locally, nationally, and internationally through Mission efforts. We aim to share Jesus with as many places and people as we can with the tools God has given us.
HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED WITH LOCAL OUTREACH
Our desire here at Christ Community is to partner with our local community to make a difference in the Winter Haven area! There are plenty of opportunities for you to be a part of Christ Community Church’s Local Outreach Ministry! Whether it’s through local cleanups or teaming up and helping to support local non-profit organizations, we want to show the love of Jesus to our community! Make sure to keep an eye out for opportunities on our events page, bulletin on Sunday Mornings or right here!

HOW YOU CAN PARTNER WITH GLOBAL OUTREACH
We’re passionate about empowering the local church body to reach the world for Christ globally through partnerships and participation in the Great Commission. Join Global Outreach by being a part of a team going overseas, praying for those going, financially supporting someone headed out with a team or helping on the weekends.
GIVE.
By giving to Global Outreach you are supporting long term partnerships which are funded from general giving to ministries of the church. Short term mission trips provide opportunities for students and adults to reach beyond themselves to impact the world. These trips can broaden your view of Jesus’ love for the world, and they often ignite a passion for others to find the same freedom you experienced through Jesus Christ.
PRAY.
Our prayer matters and has the power to make an eternal impact. Join the team and pave the way for the Gospel to be effective in the nations that God has called us to reach. Our missionaries and Christian workers locally and around the world rely on our prayers as they face incredible challenges, opposition, and often danger and persecution. By joining prayer efforts, you will be informed about regular prayer needs for the missionaries in that region and be invited to special gatherings to meet with missionaries when they are in our area.
