3 MARKS OF TRUE FRIENDSHIP IN MARRIAGE:
1.Friends in marriage
(Galatians 6:2) Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
PRACTICAL TRUTH:
Be there for your spouse in the moments that are most important for them, not just the moments that are most convenient for you.
2.Friends in marriage should always tell each other
(Proverbs 24:26) A honest answer is a sign of true friendship.
PRACTICAL TRUTH:
The depth of your honesty with each other will determine the depth of your intimacy with each other.
3.Friends in marriage don’t
(Proverbs 17:9) Love prospers when a fault is forgiven, but dwelling on it separates close friends.
PRACTICAL TRUTH:
Don’t treat your spouse the way that your spouse treats you. Treat your spouse the way that God treats you.
