LET FAITH A.R.I.S.E.

16 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Gather before me seventy men who are recognized as elders and leaders of Israel. Bring them to the Tabernacle to stand there with you. 17 I will come down and talk to you there. I will take some of the Spirit that is upon you, and I will put the Spirit upon them also. They will bear the burden of the people along with you, so you will not have to carry it alone. —Numbers 11:16-17 (NLT)

5 I remember your genuine faith, for you share the faith that first filled your grandmother Lois and your mother, Eunice. And I know that same faith continues strong in you. 6 This is why I remind you to fan into flames the spiritual gift God gave you when I laid my hands on you. —2 Timothy 1:5-6 (NLT)

KEY: I –Receive Impartation

The word Impartation is defined as the act of conveying or granting something such as knowledge or wisdom.

This is important to receive and understand in today’s devotional because a key to letting your faith arise is to recognize it can be built on what you have received through impartation.

Impartation has the power to accelerate spiritual growth and help lay a foundation for the future of whatever purpose you were called to fulfill. Impartation is the spiritual transfer that takes place through relationship. When you open yourself to the teaching of, or relationship with an anointed individual, you become a recipient of impartation. A portion of whatever is on their life starts to rub off on yours.

Impartation can happen in many ways.

  1. You can be a giver of Impartation. This happens no matter your spiritual maturity. As believers, we are all called to share our testimony. When we impart our personal testimony, it leads to others becoming aware of God’s goodness in our lives and as a result, salvation can occur. Evangelism can be a type of Impartation.

  1. You can have Impartation happen in peer groups. When you join a small group like the communities we have here at the Harvest like Edens Women, Blueprint Men, Connected Married Life or Fusion Singles you get in relationship with other Godly people who can impart to you or you to them. There are countless stories of life change, marriages saved, addictions broken, purpose fulfilled and so much more because of the influence or impartation of the small group.

  1. This is the most common description we see when we think of the word Impartation. When you receive it from a mentor. At the Harvest we have curated an environment to facilitate life change. Part of that comes in 2 ways through the weekly life giving impartations on a Sunday morning or during our Prayer Calls on Wednesday mornings at 6am. Pastor Mario imparts wisdom from the scriptures and the voice of God to us.

Impartations are transferences, so here is a WARNING!! know that impartation can be negative as well. If in this year you want to change the impartation in your life, then change the people you receive from (Mentor) you hang with (peer) and beware of how you influence others.

In this year let us not only be receivers of Impartation, but seek to impart to others the gifts and anointing that has been placed in our lives.

NEXT STEPS

1. Take stock of your Mentors, peers and subordinates. Assess what is being imparted on each level. Make changes if necessary

2. Attend [6am Prayer Gathering](https://zoom.us/j/815361878#success) and invite someone with you.

3. Share the devotional and come back tomorrow for another installment of A.R.I.S.E.
