Romans 3:23 / 6:23 / 5:8 / 10:8-11

Romans 3:23 (HCSB)

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Romans 6:23 (HCSB)

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 5:8 (HCSB)

But God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us!

Romans 10:8-11 (HCSB)

8 The message is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. This is the message of faith that we proclaim:

9 if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

10 One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation.

11 Now the Scripture says, Everyone who believes on Him will not be put to shame,

That is amazing news isn’t it?

Have you accepted that Good News [ Gospel ] into your life?

Is it where you ‘abide’?

I John 1:9 We love Him becuase He loved us first.

Imagine you have an I.R.S. debt of $163,000 and they have seized your bank accounts and are siphoning your paychecks into Uncle Sam’s bank account so that you are DEAD financially and it feels like every other way, too.

The one who is forgiven much loves much.
[Please, remember how much you’ve been forgiven and operate in life from that standpoint and with the Holy Spirit’s leading you will be prepared to handle all the squeeze plays that life is gonna throw at you.]

Gift Righteousness

Ephesians 2:8-9 says it like this:

8 For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift— 9 not from works, so that no one can boast. —Ephesians 2:8-9 HCSB
