Luke 21:5-8
Following Christ is an eternal life and death matter. Being a Christian is not just trying to be a better person or enhancing your personality, being a Christian is giving total allegiance to Jesus Christ in all things. In order for us to receive his salvation we must be obedient to his commands and his warnings. In Luke 21, Jesus gave a series of warnings to his disciples to prepare them for the dangerous period that was ahead for them.
