1. Observe first what was happening in verses 1-2. Then, observe what happens in verses 3-5.
3. How did the leaders respond to David’s generosity in verses 7-8?
4. Think about the reality of what was happening in verse 9 and make a few more observations about David, his leaders and the nation.
5. What do you believe honored God most in this section of God’s Word?
