Thoughts for the Week

I think about the end of this passage today where it describes a good standing for those who serve well as deacons. This means a good standing with God, but it is impossible to have a healthy church without faithful servants in the church. Whether we serve officially as deacons or not, think this week about how God is calling us to serve.
