What is prayer like? There are lots of perspectives on prayer – a wish list, a duty, a thanks for food, an expression of need, and so much more. Still others understand prayer as leaning on God, relying on His care, trusting in His power.
What is prayer when you are living in a crisis, maybe one found in Acts 12? James has been martyred. Peter is awaiting execution in prison. And the Church is crying out for help.
