Repentance and Prayer that Moves the Heart of God
to Shower His People with Blessing

I pray the you seek the Lord and I bless you today by asking God’s Spirit, His unrelenting all powerful Force to be with you.

IT IS FOR SAUL AND HIS BLOODY HOUSE, BECAUSE HE PUT THE GIBEONITES TO DEATH.
They should have never made the treaty in the first place
Once the treaty was made, it was made and had to be kept.
Had Joshua and Israel obeyed God in the first place, they would not have been in this mess.
Just because someone deceived them and got them to give their word, did not get them out of keeping their word.
They “hanged” (Yawkaw) 7 of them. (Not Taw-law’ = hanged)
The word there for hanged actually is exposed, meaning that after killing them, they left them out in view of all including God, before the Lord, because they had failed Him.
Rizpah then did something that changed everything.
The act of love by Rizpah moved the heart of King David which moved God to heal their land.
II Chronicles 7:13- 15
13 “If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people,
14 and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land
15 “Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place.
II Samuel 21:14 – God was moved by prayer for the land.
It was after David sought the Lord, got an answer, made things right with his enemies and made things right with His former King, that the Lord was moved by prayer for the Land.

What do you need to repent from today in order to move the heart of God?
We need the Holy Spirit of God to move across our lives and bring life. We need the heart of God to be moved by repentance and prayer for our lives, our families, our land, and His Church.
