BETHEL part 2
Psalm 92:13
13 Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
BETHEL - HOUSE OF GOD
Genesis 28:11 - 12 and verses 16 - 19
11 And he lighted upon a certain place, and tarried there all night, because the sun was set; and he took of the stones of that place, and put them for his pillows, and lay down in that place to sleep.
12 And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
Verses 16 - 19
16 And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place; and I knew it not.
17 And he was afraid, and said, How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.
18 And Jacob rose up early in the morning, and took the stone that he had put for his pillows, and set it up for a pillar, and poured oil upon the top of it.
19 And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first.
JACOB = “the Lord was here, and I didn’t know it!”
LUZ = separation, departure, away from…
WHEN YOU LEAVE THIS BETHEL AND GO AS A BETHEL:
BETHEL - House of God…becomes…The GATE of Heaven…
GATE = a transition place. One realm to another realm…
John 7:38
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
YOU ARE AN ATMOSPHERE CHANGER!
• Bethel is called to bring HEAVEN’S CULTURE down to earth.
:: BIRTH REVIVAL:STEPS TO BIRTHING A REVIVAL CULTURE ::
1) MAKE HOLY
A HOLY MOMENT = A MOMENT THAT YOU GIVE YOURSELF COMPLETELY TO GOD.
- HOLY means different, separated.

1 Timothy 4:11 - 14
11 These things command and teach.
12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
JACOB = THE LORD WAS HERE - BUT I DIDN’T NOTICE…
He was focused on manipulating, saving himself… missed a moment.
BEING BETHEL = LEARNING TO BE PREOCCUPIED with what HE IS DOING!
TO MAKE HOLY MOMENTS YOU MUST:
STOP BEING NEED CONCIOUS and BECOME GLORY OBSESSED!
Eve had the authority, she had the ability, but she got so caught up in WHAT SHE WASN’T that she disconnected herself from the environment of HIS presence and fell prey to being DECEIVED.
SHE CHASED AFTER “IT” RATHER THAN HIM AND LOST HER VOICE OF AUTHORITY.
FULFILLMENT IS ONLY FOUND THROUGH RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FATHER; THAT FOCUS MAKES HOLY MOMENTS!
Luke 9:1 - 2, 6
1 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
verse 6
6 And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.
MAKING A MOMENT “HOLY” is
Matthew 10:7 - 8
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
PREACH = to declare as someone with authority!
PREACH KINGDOM - declare it to operate as Kingdom does.
“DECLARE GOD’S DOMINATION!”

JACOB WAS RUNNING FROM HIS BROTHER… WHEN HE LEARNED ABOUT BETHEL… HE WENT TO MEET HIS BROTHER
Proverbs 28:1
1 The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion.
THE RIGHTEOUS - STEP UP AND STEP OUT IN BOLDNESS!

Master comes and gives several people talents to invest.
two of them invest and are blessed…
one buries his talent and does nothing with it…
Many times the reason we never use the gift we have been given - is because our fear that we are not good enough.
STOP SEEING ISSUES AS PROBLEMS.
START SEEING ISSUES AS POSSIBILITIES!

Philippians 2:12 - 13
12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
There is a process in growth.
- God loves you enough to take you just as you are, but loves you too much to keep you the same.
- God works in you, but then you work it from the inside out.
:: Being a BETHEL does not mean you are perfect - it means you’re WILLING TO BE USED ::
YOU ARE TO BE USED IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR PROGRESS!
BEING BETHEL =
- IS NOT WAITING FOR A PERFECT MOMENT
- IT IS REALIZING THAT WE LIVE IN EVERY MOMENT WITH A PERFECT GOD!
Remember BABIES are led by their feelings.

STEP OUT AND RELEASE WHAT IS ALREADY ACTIVE INSIDE OF YOU…
Stop waiting…
BETHELS =
- MAKE HOLY MOMENTS
- REFUSE FEAR
- RELEASE KINGDOM….
WHEN WE show up as BETHELS:
- WE RELEASE ANGELS
- WE RELEASE ANSWERS
- WE RELEASE RESOURCES
And WE react at the end of the prayer with JOY! Prayer is connected with faith.
We are praying with full faith and standing on the fact that as WE connect with the presence of God - in the authority of Jesus - whatever we have prayed for is going to come to pass - because God wants to bless us with JOY!
