1. What is something you had to wait a long time for? How did it feel when you finally got it?

2. How does God’s faithfulness in other people’s stories encourage you to put your trust in him?

3. In what ways can silence, like Zechariah experienced, invite fullness and growth in our spiritual lives? How might we intentionally incorporate periods of silence or stillness in our faith journey?

4. This season, where might God be inviting you specifically, not generally, to say no in order to create space to say yes to pursuits of greater meaning?

5. What does it mean to you personally that God ‘has not forgotten His promise’ and ‘is faithful in His steadfast love’? How does this affect your daily life and decisions?
