5. In verse 13, Gabriel told Zechariah his prayers have been answered. What prayer have you been praying for so long that you’re wondering if it’s time to give up and move on?
   

6. The angel announced to Mary a difficult thing to comprehend. Can you remember a time when you found God’s Word difficult to believe? How were you able to express faith despite the difficulty?
   

7. Why do you think it’s important to revisit the biblical story of Christmas every year? Who in your life needs to be reminded of the good news of Jesus this year?
