Memory Verse:
Phil 4:19
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. NKJV

Isa 48:17
Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer,
I am the Lord your God,
Who teaches you to profit,
Who leads you by the way you should go. NKJV

Phil 4:19
And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

God Himself desires to personally meet all your needs. Knowing that God is infinitely bigger and sufficient for all our needs, you will not be overwhelmedby what you see.
God will not allow a source to cease- without getting ready something bigger, better and more fulfilling. Let your limitations stir up great innovations.

Q. What does Phil 4:19 tell us about God’s supply?

1. See God as Big enough for your needs

Jer 33:8-9
I will cleanse them from all the sin they have committed against me and will forgive all their sins of rebellion against me. 9Then this city will bring me renown, joy, praise and honor before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.’

Don’t let what you see overwhelm you

Rom 10:17
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.

Eccle 11:4
Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.

Gen 26:12
Isaac planted crops in (the land of famine) and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the LORD blessed him.

Isa 60:1-2
Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. 2See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you.

Darkness ḥšeḵ: Misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness, disorder, confusion and uncertainty.

Deep ărâp̱el: Gloom, heaviness, depression.

He is the I AM

Exo 3:14
God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: `I AM has sent me to you.’”

Matt 14:27
But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”

It is I - Greek: I AM

John 19:19
Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Aramaic English
Y eshua Jesus
H aNazarei of Nazareth
V emelekh the King
H aYhudim of the Jews

I have never known more than 15 minutes of anxiety or fear whenever I feel fearful emotions overtake me, I just close my eyes and thank God that he is still on the throne reigning over everything, and I take comfort in his control over all the affairs of my life. John Wesley

Q. What are the wrong things that will overwhelm us that we need to avoid repeating?

Q. What does it mean to have the I AM in our daily lives?

Q. In your notebook or notes app, write down as many as you can think of:

2. Manna ceased? He has prepared greater provision

Jos 5:11-12
And they ate of the produce of the land on the day after the Passover, unleavened bread and parched grain, on the very same day. 12Then the manna ceased on the day after they had eaten the produce of the land; and the people no longer had manna, but they ate the food of the land that year. NKJV

God’s plans are bigger, different, and better than ours. Don’t let fear of the future keep you from His amazing plan. Craig Groeschel

Q. Why does God allow a usual channel of supply to cease?

Q. Why can we be expectant instead of being afraid when our current manna ceases?

3. God Himself desires to fulfill all your needs

Phil 4:19
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. NKJV

Matt 28:20
… Lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. KJV

Fear and worries come because we are expecting and looking to things or human beings to fulfill needs that only God can fully meet.

1 Kings 17:6
The ravens brought him bread and meat in the morning and bread and meat in the evening, and he drank from the brook.

1 Kings 17:9
“Go at once to Zarephath of Sidon and stay there. I have commanded a widow in that place to supply you with food.”

Don’t let any limitations keep you from His supplies – follow His ways

Phil 4:16-17
For even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid again and again when I was in need. 17Not that I am looking for a gift, but I am looking for what may be credited to your account.

Let limitations stir innovation

1 Cor 1:7
Now you have every grace and blessing; every spiritual gift and power for doing his will are yours during this time of waiting for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. TLB

Jer 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Q. What happens when we look to things or humans alone to supply our needs?

Q. What is the context of Phil 4:19?

Q. What are your needs? Visualize and speak out that God personally meets all of your needs. E.g., God will provide my company with good clients, God has a greater plan for my career despite …, My breakthrough is around the corner.

Challenge of the Week

1. Memorize
Phil 4:19
And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. NKJV

2. How do you steer away from focusing on wrong and negative things that overwhelm you?

3. What is God saying to you when you feel God’s usual supply ceased?

4. Everything you need is there. What steps should you take when confronted with your limitations?
