Cambridge Dictionary defines silence as “a period without an sound; complete quiet”

Types of Negative Thoughts:
1.

- an attitude of general distrust and overall negative view of the actions of others and their motives
2. - focusing on negative things and discounting positive things
3. - the habit of describing and feeling things in absolute terms with no middle ground
4. - believing that you are the victim of your circumstances.

When David and his men saw the ruins and realized what had happened to their families, they wept until they could weep no more.
