I. Balancing Personal Responsibility and Mutual Care & Accountability …

A. Judaizing teachers came into the Galatian churches preaching a different

and denouncing Paul. Sadly, the Galatians were “bewitched” by these false teachers! (Galatians 3:1)

B. Throughout the book, Paul repeatedly affirms to the Galatians that Jesus’ work on the Cross was enough to

them and the Spirit was enough to them! (Galatians 5:25)

C. Rather than being unrelated to the central problem in Galatians, Paul’s “laundry list of takeaways” are deeply tied to the core issues of strife and division that were created by allegiance to a rule-based religious system. (Galatians 6:1-10)

II. How Spiritual People Live…

A. Spiritual people carry each other’s
