Warm Up Question: In Matthew 28 the angel gives 4 messages to the women. Share with the group one of the last 4 messages you received on your phone (no context necessary).

HEAD: These questions help us examine the Word.
1. Read Matthew 28:1-10. What are the 4 messages that the angel gives to the women?
2. Why does the resurrection of Jesus mean that we don’t have to fear?
3. What are some common alternative theories for the resurrection? What are some of the problems with these theories?
4. Matthew 28:17 tells us that even though some of the disciples doubted, they all worshipped Jesus. How is that possible to both have doubts and worship?

HEART: These questions help us wrestle with what we believe.
5. Have you ever wrestled with doubts? What does the resurrection mean for your doubts?
6. How the resurrection change the way you view God? Yourself?

HAND: These questions help us bring truth and beliefs into our everyday life.
