Big Idea: Weakness isn’t your disqualification — it’s your invitation.
If we could look beneath the surface of our pain, exhaustion and discouragement, here are three ways God meets us in our weakness with supernatural strength:

Reflection Questions:
- What areas of my life have I been trying to manage in my own strength instead of trusting God’s grace?
- When I feel weak or worn out, do I tend to hide it, power through it, or bring it honestly to God? Why?
- What does it look like for me to live from God instead of for God in this current season?
- Which promise from Isaiah 40:31 (soaring, running, or walking) resonates most with me right now—and why?
- How can I create space in my daily life to “catch the wind” of the Spirit, rather than flapping in my own effort?
