Read Scripture: Luke 18:1-8

  1. What kinds of injustices get you most angry?
  2. What are some examples of common injustices which we often overlook?
  3. Read Genesis 4:1-12. What is your reaction to this story?
  4. What is the most troubling injustice you have faced in your life? What are you facing at the moment?
  5. Do you pray for justice? What do your prayers for justice sound like?
  6. What do you get angry about? Is there anything you should be angry about which you aren’t angry about?
  7. Why other things stop us from calling evil and injustice what it truly is? Here are the examples from the message:

      a. God hates the sin but loves the sinner
      b. Not wanting to focus on negatives
      c. No one understands what it was like for that person in that situation
      d. We are all sinners
      e. We should give them grace
