TLC gives 10% of our income to global ministries. World Outreach Week is our annual look at how these ministry partners are doing, and to reinvigorate our heart for world outreach.

Why do world outreach?

Jesus told us to.

“Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.” Mark 16:16 NLT

It’s a fulfillment of God’s promise.

“All peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” Genesis 12:3

Just think of all the Scriptures that will come true in what we do! This is what the psalmist meant when he wrote: “People of all nations, celebrate God!” Romans 15:9,11 TM

It’s a preview of heaven.

After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb… Revelation 7:9

How do I do this?

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16

Not coercion but invitation then transformation.
