  1. Have you or someone you know ever had a near-death experience?

  2. How would you describe your anxiety about life after death? Low, high, or never think about it?

  3. Discuss in your group the differences between the three views of the composition of a human? Dualism, Naturalism, and Embodied Soul. How do each of these views relate to the resurrection?

  4. How does Paul use the fact that Christ’s resurrection is preached as a foundation for his argument? What does it tell us about the importance of the resurrection in early Christianity?

  5. Read 1 Corinthians 15:12-19. If the bodily remains of Jesus were discovered, how would it affect your faith journey?
