The Confident Witness: God Depends on His Redeemed

Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:18-20
18 Everything is from God, who has reconciled us to himself through Christ and has given us the ministry of reconciliation. 19 That is, in Christ, God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and he has committed the message of reconciliation to us. 20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us. We plead on Christ’s behalf, “Be reconciled to God.”
We have examined the way God works through His Word:
The grass withers and the flower falls, but the Word of the Lord endures forever. Isaiah 40:8 & 1 Peter 1:24-25
We have examined the way God works through His Spirit:
… you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you, and you will be my witnesses… Acts 1:8
Success in witnessing is simply taking the initiative to share Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit and leaving the results to God.
