The Mission of the Church

Intro: The called out people of God must understand clearly they have been called out to do. Confusion has erupted and out of
fal false teachings arises false missions. Have God’s people lost their way? Is it possible we have forgotten what our mission actually is? Today we will explore the church of the New Testament and see what they understood their mission to be.

To be part of Body of Christ and not value its members is Hebrews 10:24 Christians one another and seize the moments Acts 20:7 Assembled - breaking bread - soaking up message of God

3. Excel in Serving One Another

Acts 2:45 Selling things to help with needs Acts 4:34-35 Not a person.

I Corinthians 15:1-4 The mission of the church is to teach and uphold that Jesus was the son of God, crucified for my sins and then rose victoriously from the grave. Salvation is through Him.
