But I consider my life of no value to myself; my purpose is to finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace. —Acts 20:22, 24

I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. —Exodus 20:2 NIV

But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. —James 1:14-15 NKJV
