  2. That the Bible and the teachings of Christ would characterize their policies.
  3. That they would protect the unborn, newborn, elderly, and those who can’t care for themselves.
  4. That they would respect the place of Judeo-Christian values in our society.
  5. That God would give them perseverance in leading the effort to defeat terrorism.
  6. That their family would model lives of integrity, purity and humility in the midst of high visibility.
  7. That they be surrounded with wise counselors.
  8. That they serve as a steward of God’s authority.
  9. That their family be protected physically, emotionally and spiritually.
  10. That they enact policies and legislations that uphold biblical standards.
  11. That they daily seek God and exemplify humility.
  12. That they defend the least among us, those who have no voice such as victims of human trafficking.
  13. That they would turn to God for wisdom and discernment to lead righteously.
  14. That their staff be men and women of integrity in both their private and public lives.
  15. That their family would ask for the Lord’s help when facing daily challenges.
  16. That they be accountable in order to prevent any downfall due to pride or moral weakness.
  17. That they do what is right according to God’s Word.
  18. That they establish protective hedges in areas of vulnerability to temptation.
  19. That God would prompt them to disarm all influences that seek to undermine godly principles.
  20. That they seek the heart of God when appointing judicial nominations.
  21. That they set aside regular times to rest with focus on God and His Word.
