(Matthew 12:17-21 NLT) This fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah concerning him: 18 “Look at my Servant, whom I have chosen. He is my Beloved, who pleases me. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. 19 He will not fight or shout or raise his voice in public. 20 He will not crush the weakest reed or put out a flickering candle. Finally he will cause justice to be victorious. 21 And his name will be the hope of all the world.”

Plans and contingencies are fine, but living hopeless is not.

H – Healing

(Psalm 147:3 NLT) He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.

O – Optimism

P – Peace

(Isaiah 9:6 NKJV) For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

His peace wasn’t contingent on his conditions.

E – Emmanuel

(Matthew 1:23 NLT) “Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son, and they will call him Emmanuel, which means ‘God is with us.’”
