Practical things that can help you grow in understanding how much God loves you
1) Meditation – meditate on the scriptures about God’s love for you. Memorise them, pray them over yourself, ask the Holy Spirit to highlight the truths to you.
2) Prayer – get someone to pray for you either as a one off or as a prayer partner.
3) Bridegroom Fast – join this fast from after tea on Monday until tea on Tuesday. Use it as a focus of growing in your understanding of how much God loves you.
4) Invest some time in studying key passages of scripture – either yourself or with help from online materials.
5) Worship – spending time worshipping God on your own will soften your heart to what God is doing in your life.
6) Speak in Tongues – John 17:26 tells us that God wants us to love Jesus the way the Father loves Jesus – When we are speaking in tongues we are praying in line with the desires in the heart of God.

Rom 8:38-39 ‘So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love. There is no power above us or beneath us – no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!’
