Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever.
Amen.
—Matthew 6:9-13And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. —Romans 12.1-2

The Prayer Rx
Pray the Lord’s Prayer at least 3x’s a day. Pray additionally as needed. Pray it alone. Pray it as a family. Pray it before you eat. Pray it before bed. Pray it when you feel sad, when you’re tempted, or when you’re hurting. Pray it when you’re happy. Pray it when you’re lonely or afraid. Pray this prayer often and mix it with faith in our Heavenly Father who loves and cares for you.
