What comes to mind when you think about God?
As you think about your own understanding of what it means to call God your Heavenly Father, what makes your relationship with Him special.
What does having Him as a Father mean to you? In what ways do you want to draw even closer to Him as your father?

Read Galatians 3:26-4:7
What new identity is described in verses 26-29? Does this new identity unify or divide God’s family?
According to Galatians 4:1-7, how is God building His family?
What key points about how God adopts us do you see in the passage?
What are the benefits of being adopted into God’s family? What do His heirs receive (vv. 6-7)?
Looking at Galatians 4:6-7, summarize the kind of relationship God desires to have with His children.
Romans 8:15 | NLT says, “You received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, ‘Abba, Father.’” Compare it to what you read in Galatians 4:6. How are they similar? What is the point that Paul is making in both passages?
