The Roaring Lion
Text: 1 Peter 5:8-10 (KJV)
Propaganda is information that is not impartial and used primarily to influence an audience and further an agenda, often by presenting facts selectively (perhaps lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or using loaded messages to produce an emotional rather than a rational response to the information presented. — Wikipedia Online
Through his propaganda, he wants to get you to question the Word of God, the work of God inside you, the love God has for you, the power of God and His abilities, and even the very reality of God.
He doesn’t even have to defeat you, if he can just distract you long enough – you will take yourself out of the fight!
(John 8:32) Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free!
It is impossible for you to stay deceived by the enemy’s propaganda when you are seeking truth in the presence of God!
You can be FREE from propaganda if you will stay grounded in TRUTH!

Enemy Propaganda Strategy
The Bible tells us that Satan walks about as a roaring lion (noise and distraction), seeking whom he may devour! Let’s Read it Together:
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. —1 Peter 5:8-10 (KJV)
2. ROARING

Adolph Hitler literally wrote the book on propaganda. Hitler said the key to having lies and propaganda believed is REPETITION.

This Roaring Isn’t a New Thing
EVERYTHING WE BELIEVE HINGES ON THE RESURRECTION!
No matter how much Satan and his minions repeat the same old lies – they are still just that, Lies and Propaganda!

LET NO MAN DECIEVE YOU!
- Don’t be willingly ignorant!
- Satan is roaring, but Jesus is Coming!
- The Lion of Judah will put the roaring lion in his place.
- You have nothing to fear! Don’t be deceived, don’t buy into the propaganda.
- We are living in the last days…we must hold firm to the TRUTH!
- The TRUTH will make you FREE!
1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves.
2 Many will follow their depraved conduct and will bring the way of truth into disrepute.
3 In their greed these teachers will exploit you with fabricated stories. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping.
4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them in chains of darkness to be held for judgment; —2 Peter 2:1-4 (NIV)
When Everyone Else Bails On Me…
Paul was facing beheading by the Roman Emperor Nero for his preaching and testimony of Christ.
16 At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.
17 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. —2 Timothy 4:16-17
The Lion of Judah has already defeated the ROARING LION and He wants to give you the victory too.
