A Faith That Works
James 2:14 NLT
14 What good is it, dear brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? Can that kind of faith save anyone?
2 Cor 13:5 ESV
Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!
God is NOT looking to FAIL you!
James examines 3 Kinds of Faith in this Passage

21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up his son Isaac on the altar? 22 You see that faith was active along with his works, & faith was completed by his works; 23 and the Scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness”—and he was called a FRIEND of GOD!
James 2:18
18 But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
James 2:26
26For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.
