The North Summit family strives to make you feel welcomed wherever you are on your faith journey. Maybe you have been in church your whole life or maybe this is the first time you have considered attending; either way, there is a place for you here.

YOUTH & KIDS

We offer dynamic programming for kids ages birth-6th grade. We currently have all nursery, preschool, and elementary classes during our 9:30 service. We also offer nursery and preschool only during our 11:00 service. If you are visiting us for the first time, please visit the Family Lobby.

Jr. High and High School students attend the Sunday services and meet together for Youth Group on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Summit After School is a drop-in after school program for 1st-6th grade students. We offer a fun afternoon including a homework time/education activities, meal, group game, craft and life lesson. SAS is every Tuesday and Thursday (during LPOSD school year) 2:30 to 5:00 pm. If you would like more info or would like to serve please contact Nora Morrison.

Royal Rangers is an activity-based ministry for boys K-12th grade. Its mission is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of men to become Christ-like servant leaders. Please join us from 4-6 pm every Sunday in the South Building.

Free Burma Rangers Movie Night - Tuesday, January 11th
Our last movie night was a huge success! We would love to invite you to another FREE movie event on January 11th. We will be showing ‘Free Burma Rangers’ beginning at 7 pm. We hope you will join us for prayer beginning at 6pm in the North Summit Main Sanctuary. Registration is required. Please go to www.northsummit.com/events to sign up and for more info.

Seniors Chili Feed  - Friday, January 14th
We hope you will join us at 12:30 in the South Building for our Seniors Chili Feed. Chili, cornbread, water, and coffee will be provided, but you may bring a dessert if you would like. We hope to see you Friday, January 14th for a time of good food and fellowship.

Seniors Brown Bag Lunch - Wednesday, January 19th
Join us on Wednesday, January 19th at 11:30am in the Fireside Room for a time of fellowship. Bring your favorite lunch and a friend as we gather. No RSVP necessary.

Women’s Tables - Friday, January 21st
Ladies, join us on January 21st  from 6-8pm as we gather over a meal and discuss topics geared towards sharing life and our faith with others, all in a casual but intentional format. We believe that this simple monthly practice will enable you to connect and build friendships that will eventually develop into discipleship and mentorship relationships. Please sign up by emailing women@northsummit.com or register at the Information Kiosk in the Connection Hall by January 17th.

Baptism - Sunday, January 23rd
If you haven’t taken the bold step of being immersed in Christian baptism and you have been wanting to do so, now is the time. The baptistry will be available Sunday, January 23rd immediately following the third service for you to take your first step in discipleship. If you are interested or want to learn more about being baptized, check “Baptism” on your Connection Card or contact the church office.

DivorceCare Group - Tuesday, January 25th
Divorce is one of the most painful experiences, but you don’t have to go through it alone.  Starting Tuesday, January 25th, Sandpoint Church of The Nazarene will be starting a DivorceCare Group.  The group will meet for 13 weeks starting on January 25th 6:00-8:00PM.  For more details, pick up a flyer at the Information Kiosk, or contact Darren and Kelly Osborne at 208.920.1359.
