So my God put it into my heart to assemble the nobles, the officials and the common people for registration by families.

- The gospel of Jesus gives us the security necessary to do an excavation of our hearts.
- Prayerfully explore how honest we’re being with ourselves and about ourselves.
The Integrity Question
Am I being honest with myself – really?
Psalm 139:23-24 (NIV)
Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
A Few More Questions …
Is what our hearts says consistent with what Scripture says we should aspire to?
Is what our hearts are telling us consistent with who Jesus is and what He’s all about to the best of our understanding?
Does what our hearts say reflect loving God with all our hearts, souls, and minds; and loving our neighbors as ourselves?
So Where Do We Go From Here?
- Invite others we trust into the decisions we’re facing.
