2. If you haven’t done so yet, take a few minutes and have each person in your group take the 7 Primal Questions Quiz

1. Which primal question resonates most with you? How do you think this question has shaped your behavior and decisions throughout your life? (Primal Questions: Am I safe? Am I loved? Am I wanted? Am I successful? Am I good enough? Do I have a purpose? Can I trust you?)


2. What was your reaction to discovering your primary primal question? Did it surprise you, or did it confirm something you’ve always known?


3. How has your primal question impacted your relationships, both postively and negatively? Can you think of a specific situation where it influenced your interactions?


4. What are some examples in your life where your primal question became a driving force? How did it help or hinder you in those situations?


5.Do you recognize any patterns in how your primal question affects your responses to conflict? How do you typically handle situations when this fear is triggered?


6. How has your primal question shaped or impacted your sense of identity and worth? Are there any lies you have believed about yourself because of this question?


7. How has (or can) identifying your primal question changed the way you approach decision-making?


8. How might understanding others’ primal questions improve your empathy and communication with them? Can you think of a time when knowing someone else’s primal question would have helped you better understand their perspective?


9. What are some practical strategies you can use to remind yourself that your primal question doesn’t define your worth? How will you reinforce this mindset moving forward?
