Our Definition for God’s Kingdom: God’s rule over God’s people in God’s creation by God’s plan and in God’s timing.
Every kingdom has a king
Every king has a design for his kingdom
Every king has to figure out how to bring about that design

God’s Design

Exodus 19:1-6
“if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.”
The Ten Commandments Exodus 20:1-17

After God shares his design, what happens next?


Deuteronomy 4:5-8
God’s design is to be his people.
God’s righteous design is for his people.
Why do these two go together?
