Disappointment can paralyze your faith

The Bible is filled with great spiritual leaders who were greatly discouraged

Job 7:6
Numbers 12:3
Deut. 1:12
1 Kings 19:4
Jeremiah 20:14-18

God’s decision not to deliver your will over his will is what we see as disappointment

Sometimes when God does not give us what we asked for, He may actually be keeping something
harmful from us.

Psalm 77-9

Asaph doesn’t hide his heartfelt issues from God

Acts 4:12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

Asaph’s spirit became weak when he let his emotions undermine his spirit.

Psalm 77:4 You kept my eyes from closing;
I was too troubled to speak.5
Redirecting your thoughts to what god has already done for you helps to drive you to a place of worship during difficult times.

Psalm 77-12
