Questions for Further Reflection and Discussion:
• Worship is the goal of deliverance. God delivers us so that we can worship Him. Are you living to worship God, or living for yourself?

• Pharaoh does not know God, respect God, or obey God. How can we, as God’s people, avoid Pharaoh’s errors?

• God knew Israel’s afflictions… and now they are even more afflicted. God told Moses to go speak to Pharaoh… and now Pharaoh has rejected him. Why does God not always work in the same way or in the same timetable as we would like?

• By the end of the chapter, Moses is greatly discouraged. Note some of the reasons for his discouragement, then apply them to your ministry today. What gives you strength amidst these disappointments?
