What Steps Can I Take to Get Physically Healthy?
Believe that your physical well-being is a spiritual issue.
Understand that physical healthiness is a lifestyle switch.
Incorporate healthiness into your schedule
Pick a plan that fits you and stick to it.
Set goals that are realistic and attainable.
Eating healthy is more important than exercise. (but they are both important)
Get healthy to honor God and to bring Him glory!
