Read: Psalm 111
What are the “council of the upright” and the “assembly” where the psalmist intends to extol the Lord
with all his heart? What is the modern equivalent? Where or how else can we praise the Lord in our
everyday lives?

What words are used to describe God’s works in this psalm? What events from the Old Testament fit
this description? What events in your own life cause you to say the same?

Read: Acts 3:1-10
This man thought the best thing Peter and John could give him was money, but in Jesus they had
something better. Ponder the times in life in which you’ve asked God for something small, and in return
he’s given you so much more. Share it with the group and praise him for it.
