Remember – Reflect – Respond
Exodus 13:11-16
We are excited that you have decided to gather with us this morning as we worship the only One worthy of our praise!
Connect
There are lots of ways to enjoy real connection to other RiverWind Church members. Here are a few current opportunities!
Church Work Day (Saturday, Sept. 9 @ 9am)
Our Deacon of Facilities, Frank Byers, has had a growing list of projects around the church building that we’d like to tackle with your help. Please mark your calendars now and grab a flyer at the Welcome Center.
Corporate Prayer
Join us on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30pm to unite with one another in prayer. On Sept. 20 our prayer meeting will feature our Small Group Ministry. If you are a small group leader or a member of a small group, we especially invite you to come receive prayer.
Fall Fun Fest
Save the date, October 20! With your help, we hope to make this outreach event an intentional, relational, gospel-saturated evening for a smaller crowd.
Hospitality Team Meeting
Next Sunday before worship service at 8:45am in room 110. This is for anyone that is interested in Hospitality Ministry – loving on others through greeting, visitor follow-up, outreach event planning, etc.
RiverWind Kids Ministry
Next Sunday we are going to give you a little update on some exciting changes coming! You won’t want to miss it!
Grow
RiverWind Church is committed to providing a place where you can grow deeper in your relationship with God. Below is a way to do that.
Small Groups
1. A Small Group Kickoff Event will be held in the Fellowship Hall directly after worship service next Sunday for anyone planning to be in a small group this fall. We invite you to sign up to bring your favorite finger food to share. Refer to bulletin insert.
2. You can still sign up to join a small group on the Riverwind Church website!
Second Hour Class
Will officially kick off on Sept. 17.
Labor Day Holiday: No GenLight or Women’s Bible Study this week.
OUR NEXT COMMUNION SERVICE WILL BE – Sept. 17, 2023
