Mary: From Broken to Bold
“10แล้วสาวกทั้งสองก็กลับไปบ้านของตน 11แต่มารีย์ยืนร้องไห้อยู่นอกอุโมงค์ ขณะร้องไห้อยู่นางก้มลงมองเข้าไปในอุโมงค์ 12เห็นทูตสวรรค์สององค์สวมชุดสีขาวนั่งอยู่ตรงที่ซึ่งพวกเขาเคยวางพระศพพระเยซู องค์หนึ่งอยู่เบื้องพระเศียร อีกองค์อยู่เบื้องพระบาท
13ทูตทั้งสองถามมารีย์ว่า“หญิงเอ๋ย ร้องไห้ทำไม?”
มารีย์ตอบว่า“พวกเขาเอาองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าของข้าพเจ้าไปแล้วและข้าพเจ้าไม่รู้ว่าพวกเขาเอาพระองค์ไปไว้ที่ไหน”
14แล้วมารีย์ก็หันกลับมาและเห็นพระเยซูทรงยืนอยู่ที่นั่นแต่นางไม่ทราบว่าเป็นพระเยซู
15พระองค์ตรัสว่า“หญิงเอ๋ย ร้องไห้ทำไม? เจ้ากำลังตามหาใครหรือ?”
มารีย์คิดว่าพระองค์เป็นคนสวนจึงตอบว่า“ท่านเจ้าข้า หากท่านเอาพระองค์ไปขอบอกข้าพเจ้าว่าท่านเอาพระองค์ไปไว้ที่ไหน ข้าพเจ้าจะได้รับพระองค์ไป”
16พระเยซูตรัสกับนางว่า“มารีย์เอ๋ย”
มารีย์หันกลับมาหาพระองค์และร้องออกมาเป็นภาษาอารเมคว่า“รับโบนี!”(ซึ่งแปลว่า พระอาจารย์)
17พระเยซูตรัสว่า“อย่าหน่วงเหนี่ยวเราไว้เพราะเรายังไม่ได้กลับไปหาพระบิดา จงไปหาพวกพี่น้องของเราและบอกพวกเขาว่า ‘เรากำลังจะกลับไปหาพระบิดาของเราและพระบิดาของท่านทั้งหลาย ไปหาพระเจ้าของเราและพระเจ้าของท่านทั้งหลาย’ ”
18มารีย์ชาวมักดาลาจึงไปแจ้งข่าวแก่เหล่าสาวกว่า“ข้าพเจ้าได้เห็นองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าแล้ว!”
และเล่าถึงสิ่งที่พระองค์ได้ตรัสกับนาง”

“Then the disciples went back to where they were staying. Now Mary stood outside the tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus’ body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot. They asked her, “Woman, why are you crying?” “They have taken my Lord away,” she said, “and I don’t know where they have put him.” At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realize that it was Jesus. He asked her, “Woman, why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?” Thinking he was the gardener, she said, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him.” Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, “Rabboni!” (which means “Teacher”). Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’ ” Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: “I have seen the Lord!” And she told them that he had said these things to her.”

Thinking he was the gardener, she said, “Sir, if you have carried him away,

มารีย์หันกลับมาหาพระองค์และร้องออกมา
