GREETINGS

The North Summit family strives to make you feel welcomed wherever you are on your faith journey. Maybe you have been in church your whole life or maybe this is the first time you have considered attending; either way, there is a place for you here.

YOUTH & KIDS

We offer dynamic programming for kids ages birth-6th grade. We currently have all nursery, preschool, and elementary classes during our 9:30 service. We also offer nursery and preschool, and K-3 classes during our 11:00 service. If you are visiting us for the first time, please visit the Family Lobby.

Jr. High and High School students attend the Sunday services and meet together for Youth Group on Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Summit After School is a drop-in after school program for 1st-6th grade students. We offer a fun afternoon including a homework time/education activities, meal, group game, craft and life lesson. SAS is every Tuesday and Thursday (during LPOSD school year) 2:30 to 5:00 pm. If you would like more info or would like to serve please contact Nate Lacy.

Royal Rangers is an activity-based ministry for boys K-12th grade. Its mission is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of men to become Christ-like servant leaders. Please join us from 4-6 pm every Sunday in the South Building.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Seniors Thanksgiving Dinner - Saturday, November 11th
Join us Saturday, November 11th from 2:30-4 pm in the Gym for our Seniors Thanksgiving Dinner. Ham and Turkey will be served, but please bring a side or dessert to share. For more information please see the Seniors Table in the Connection Hall. 

Men’s Breakfast - Saturday, November 11th
Saturday, November 11th, you will have the opportunity to connect with other men and be inspired by a message from one of our Pastors. Join us at 8am with a friend and an appetite. Please RSVP by writing “men’s breakfast” on your Connection Card or by stopping by the Men’s Ministry table in the Connection Hall.

Women’s Tables - Friday, November 17th
Ladies, join us on November 17th from 6-8pm in the gym as we gather over a meal and discuss topics geared towards sharing life and our faith with others. We believe that this simple and casual monthly practice will enable you to connect and build friendships that will eventually develop into discipleship and mentorship relationships. Please sign up by emailing women@northsummit.com or register at the Women’s Table in the Connection Hall by November 13th.

Baptism - Sunday, November 19th
If you haven’t taken the bold step of being immersed in Christian baptism and you have been wanting to do so, now is the time. The baptistry will be available Sunday, November 19th immediately following the third service for you to take your first step in discipleship. If you are interested or want to learn more about being baptized, check “Baptism” on your Connection Card or contact the church office.

Membership Class - Sunday, November 19
If you are interested in partnering with us in membership or if you just want to learn about North Summit Church, then join us for the next Membership Class. The class is a great opportunity to learn about our vision, mission, methodology, basic Biblical teaching positions, and what we would expect of you as a member. The class will give you the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and some of our staff and elders. Reservations are required for this class which will be held Sunday, November 19th from 9:30-10:30 am in the South Building Room 205.
