Does anyone have an example of how they gave or receive grace this week? [Today we are going to look at the greatness of God’s grace through Jesus.]

HEAD: These questions help us examine the Word.
1. Read Romans 5:12-21. What might be some reasons to raise the topic of first Adam/second Adam in this particular place in the letter of Romans?
2. What is similar between the first Adam and the second Adam (Jesus)? What is different?
3. What do we learn about sin and death in these verses?
4. What do we learn about grace?

HEART: These questions help us wrestle with what we believe.
5. When we neglect the doctrine of original sin, what confusions does this lead to?
6. Do you struggle to believe that God’s grace is greater than your sin? Why or why not?

HAND: These questions help us bring truth and beliefs into our everyday life.
7. What difference does it make in your life to understand the magnitude of God’s grace?
