“6เมื่อหญิงนั้นเห็นว่า ต้นไม้นั้นน่ากิน และน่าดูด้วย ทั้งเป็นต้นไม้ที่มุ่งหมายจะให้เกิดปัญญา จึงเก็บผลไม้นั้นมากินแล้วส่งให้สามีกินด้วย เขาก็กิน 7ตาของเขาทั้งสองคนก็สว่างขึ้น จึงสำนึกว่าตนเปลือยกายอยู่ ก็เอาใบมะเดื่อมาเย็บเป็นเครื่องปกปิดร่างไว้ 8เวลาเย็นวันนั้น เขาทั้งสองได้ยินเสียงพระเจ้าเสด็จดำเนินอยู่ในสวน ชายนั้นกับภรรยาก็หลบไปซ่อนตัวอยู่ในหมู่ต้นไม้ในสวนนั้นให้พ้นจากพระพักตร์พระเจ้า 9พระเจ้าทรงเรียกชายนั้นและตรัสถามเขาว่า “เจ้าอยู่ที่ไหน” 10ชายนั้นทูลว่า “ข้าพระองค์ได้ยินพระสุรเสียงของพระองค์ในสวนก็เกรงกลัวเพราะข้าพระองค์เปลือยกายอยู่ จึงได้ซ่อนตัวเสีย” 11พระองค์จึงตรัสว่า “ใครเล่าบอกเจ้าว่าเจ้าเปลือยกาย เจ้ากินผลไม้ที่เราห้ามมิให้กินนั้นแล้วหรือ” 12ชายนั้นทูลว่า “หญิงที่พระองค์ประทานให้อยู่กินกับข้าพระองค์นั้น ส่งผลไม้นั้นให้ข้าพระองค์ ข้าพระองค์จึงรับประทาน” 13พระเจ้าตรัสถามหญิงว่า “เจ้าทำอะไรไป” หญิงนั้นทูลว่า “งูล่อลวงข้าพระองค์ ข้าพระองค์จึงได้รับประทาน”… 16พระองค์ตรัสแก่หญิงนั้นว่า (เพราะเจ้าไม่เชื่อฟังเรา) “เราจะเพิ่มความทุกข์ลำบากขึ้นมากมาย ในเมื่อเจ้ามีครรภ์และคลอดบุตร ถึงกระนั้นเจ้ายังปรารถนาสามี และเขาจะปกครองตัวเจ้า” 17พระองค์จึงตรัสแก่อาดัมว่า “เพราะเหตุเจ้าเชื่อฟังคำพูดของภรรยา และกินผลไม้ที่เราห้าม แผ่นดินจึงต้องถูกสาปเพราะตัวเจ้า เจ้าจะต้องหากินบนแผ่นดินด้วยความทุกข์ลำบากจนตลอดชีวิต 18แผ่นดินจะให้ต้นไม้และพืชที่มีหนามแก่เจ้า และเจ้าจะกินพืชต่างๆของทุ่งนา 19เจ้าจะต้องหากินด้วยเหงื่ออาบหน้า จนเจ้ากลับเป็นดินไป เพราะเราสร้างเจ้ามาจากดิน เจ้าเป็นผงคลีดิน และจะต้องกลับเป็นผงคลีดินดังเดิม”” (ปฐมกาล 3:6-19)
“6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves. 8 Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9 But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?” 10 He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.” 11 And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?” 12 The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.” 13 Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.” 14 So the Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, “Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. 15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring a and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” 16 To the woman he said, “I will make your pains in childbearing very severe; with painful labor you will give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.” 17 To Adam he said, “Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, ‘You must not eat from it,’ “Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life. 18 It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field. 19 By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return.” (Genesis 3:6–19)

“พระเจ้าทรงเรียกชายนั้นและตรัสถามเขาว่า “เจ้าอยู่ที่ไหน” ชายนั้นทูลว่า “ข้าพระองค์ได้ยินพระสุรเสียงของพระองค์ในสวนก็เกรงกลัวเพราะข้าพระองค์เปลือยกายอยู่ จึงได้ซ่อนตัวเสีย” (ปฐมกาล 3:9-10)
“9 But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?” 10 He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”” (Genesis 3:9-10)

ความกลัว 3 ระดับ
Three Levels of Fear
1: อับอาย (SHAME)
“จึงสำนึกว่าตนเปลือยกายอยู่” (ปฐมกาล 3:7)
“They realized they were naked” (Genesis 3:7)
2: ปกปิด (COVER UP)
“ก็เอาใบมะเดื่อมาเย็บเป็นเครื่องปกปิดร่างไว้” (ปฐมกาล 3:7)
“so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.” (Genesis 3:7)
3: ห่างไกลจากพระเจ้า (DISTANCE FROM GOD)
“ชายนั้นกับภรรยาก็หลบไปซ่อนตัวอยู่ในหมู่ต้นไม้ในสวนนั้นให้พ้นจากพระพักตร์พระเจ้า” (ปฐมกาล 3:8)
“and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden.” (Genesis 3:8)
2) กลัวการไม่ยอมรับทำให้ปกป้องตนเอง (Fear of Disapproval Makes Me Defensive)
ซ่อน => ปกปิด => แก้ตัว => กล่าวโทษ
Hiding => Hurling => Excusing => Accusing
ความจริง: ยิ่งเรากลัวไม่ได้รับการยอมรับเท่าไร เราก็ยิ่งโทษคนอื่นมากขึ้นเท่านั้น
Truth: The more we fear not being accepted, the more we tend to blame others

- เวลาทำบาป บ่อยครั้งที่เรายอมรับความจริงแต่ปฏิเสธความผิดโดยโทษสถานการณ์ (When sinning, we often accept the truth but deny our guilt by blaming the situation.)
- เวลาเราทำบาป เราไม่ต้องการถูกมองว่าทำบาป (When we sin, we don’t want to be seen as sinning.)

Learn to Live in God’s Love
“ในความรักไม่มีความกลัว แต่ความรักที่สมบูรณ์ย่อมขจัดความกลัวออกไป” (1 ยอห์น 4:18ก)
“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear…” (1 John 4:18)
“…เพราะความกลัวเกี่ยวข้องกับการลงโทษ ผู้ที่กลัวก็ยังไม่มีความรักที่สมบูรณ์” (1 ยอห์น 4:18ข)
“…because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” (1 John 4:18)

How do I learn to live in God’s love?
1.
“13ถึงกระนั้นหากท่านมอบใจแด่พระเจ้า และชูมือขึ้นอธิษฐานต่อพระองค์
14หากท่านยอมทิ้งบาปที่อยู่ในมือของท่าน และไม่ยอมให้ความชั่วเข้ามาในที่พำนักของท่าน
15เมื่อนั้นท่านก็จะเงยหน้าขึ้นได้โดยไม่ต้องอับอาย จะยืนหยัดมั่นคงได้โดยไม่ต้องกลัว 16ท่านย่อมจะลืมความทุกข์ลำบากได้แน่นอน แม้นึกได้ก็ดุจสายน้ำที่ไหลผ่านพ้นไป
17แล้วชีวิตท่านจะเจิดจ้ายิ่งกว่ายามเที่ยงวัน ความมืดจะกลับเป็นเหมือนยามเช้า
18ท่านจะมั่นคงเพราะมีความหวัง จะมองดูรอบๆ แล้วพักผ่อนโดยปลอดภัย” (โยบ 11:13-18)
“13 “Yet if you devote your heart to him and stretch out your hands to him, 14 if you put away the sin that is in your hand and allow no evil to dwell in your tent, 15 then, free of fault, you will lift up your face; you will stand firm and without fear. 16 You will surely forget your trouble, recalling it only as waters gone by. 17 Life will be brighter than noonday, and darkness will become like morning. 18 You will be secure, because there is hope; you will look about you and take your rest in safety.” (Job 11:13-18)

(6) หลับสบาย (Rest in safety)
(7) มั่นคง (Secure)
(8) เต็มไปด้วยความหวัง (Full of hope)

2. ระลึกทุกวัน (Remember Every Day)
- ฉันได้รับ
