God is Faithful

Romans 3:1-8

Each of us most likely has someone in our life who might be living under a false sense of security about their own eternity. Romans chapter three brings clarity about the future regarding the destination of our soul. Many today have adopted a mindset that says, “I was raised in a Christian home”, or “I am a good person,” so “I’m sure I will make it to heaven one day.” Paul speaks to the Jewish people of his day who thought their own righteousness was enough to save them.

What is the advantage God gives?

God’s word is truth.
“Set apart them by the truth; your word is truth.” John 17:17

God has chosen us.
“For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight.” Ephesians 1:4

God is faithful.
“And without faith it is impossible to please God…” Hebrews 11:6a

Action Points:
God chose you – He wants you to choose Him.
Faithfulness to God requires “faith”.
Do the right thing regardless of how you feel about it.
