Title: A Prayer When We We are Caught in Sin
Text: Psalm 51:1-12; 16-17

Big Idea: This prayer helps us confess our sins, accept God’s forgiveness, be washed clean, and step into God’s plans for our life.

Confession (verses 1-9)

(pesha): violation of trust; acts of rebellion against God

•

(avon): to be twisted and crooked; a distortion or lack of respect for the divine will of God

•

(khata’): to miss the mark
